Welcome to GoPrintInc. By accessing or using our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

“We/Us/Our” means GoPrintInc.
“You/Customer” means the person or entity using our website or purchasing products.
“Products” means printed items and related services offered on our site.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use our services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Provide accurate, current, and complete information; promptly update any changes.

3. Orders & Proofs

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Where applicable, digital proofs are provided for approval. Your approval constitutes final authorization to print; changes after approval may incur fees or be impossible.
Production timelines begin after proof approval and payment confirmation.

4. Artwork & Print Tolerance

You are responsible for providing print-ready files that meet our specifications (size, bleed, resolution, color profile).
Industry-standard tolerances apply to color variation, cutting, folding, and finishing. Minor variations are not considered defects.
We may refuse files that are corrupted, low-resolution, or do not meet technical requirements.

5. Content Policy

You represent that you own or have permission to use all content you submit and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
Prohibited content includes illegal, hateful, or infringing material. We may cancel any order that violates this policy.

6. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

Prices are listed in the checkout and may change without notice prior to order placement.
Applicable taxes, duties, and fees are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout; payment is due in full before production.

7. Turnaround & Shipping

Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please verify shipping details during checkout.
Delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control do not constitute a breach.

8. Delivery Inspection & Claims

Inspect products upon receipt. Report visible issues within 3 business days with photos and order details.
We may request return of the affected items for evaluation before issuing a remedy.

9. Returns, Reprints & Refunds

Custom-printed items are generally non-returnable.
If we confirm a manufacturing defect, our remedy is, at our discretion, a reprint, store credit, or refund for the affected portion of the order.
We are not responsible for errors present in approved proofs or in customer-supplied files.

10. Intellectual Property

All site content, templates, and materials are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law.
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it solely for fulfilling your order and related services.

11. Promotions & Coupons

Promotions are subject to their own terms, have limited duration, and may not be combined unless stated.
We may modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

12. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape content.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoPrintInc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GoPrintInc, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

16. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, analytics, shipping). Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms. Provisions intended to survive termination shall do so.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence or our principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
